Well, for me "Reload" serves the same function in all cases: reload file in okular to see file changes, reload web page in konqueror to see web page changes, reload dolphin to see file system changes. Of course this function also related with file operations, so it could remain in File menu. The main point of my previous post was that "Reload" function should not be grouped with save function, because they are not related
