Luckly (or sadly, as it does not depend on us) having proper icons would help
a bit.

I'm all for improvements of those wordings, they were added by me in a sort
of "need" to distinguish the two kind of back/forward.

I can agree that there are potential issues; though, having just Back/Forward
in konqueror and Back/Forward in Okular could be a problem, as the user would
expect both the kind of actions to behave at the same way.
Having back/forward in konqueror is sort of necessary, otherwise if you open a
document you can't go back to what were you doing before.
Having back/forward in okular... makes you able to go to another page ;)
