Adding a protected
  const TextDocumentGenerator* document() const;
in TextDocumentConverter would be the obvious solution - Tobias?

Weird, what does it happen?

I think you meant QString ManifestEntry::fileName() const, right? :)

Apart those, I'd say to commit, so we all can test and iron out the issues.
