[Okular-devel] Annotations: have to press each time for each annotation + two-column-texts

Seems the easiest way, at least for the user.
By the way I would suggest to let users decide. You could allow for a flag
in the preferences which sets if single click lock the annotatin tool or
not, leaving double click for the non-default behavior. Is this doable?
