Testcase for CBZ crash

Done. The archive contains two blank jpgs in two separate top-level
directories. In fact, the second dir can be empty and the crash still happens.

On a related note, nested subdirs above the first level (dir1/dir2/,
/dir1/dir2/dir3/ etc.) aren't parsed at all.
