I open this file:
http://www.ishiboo.com/~nirva/c++/C++STANDARD-ISOIEC14882-1998.pdf

I click on the Contents button on the left hand side to get a tree view of the
index.
I click on the toplevel item in the tree view named 'AAA00025.PDF', at that
point okular crashes.
