I use the select tool to save a part of an document as an pixel graphic.
If I select a file in the save dialog by a singel klick to use its name as
pattern for the new file the selected file is overwritten without an option to
stop this. 

I found some bug reports wich are maybe relatet to this hope not duplicated.
