Well, I'd prefer to use the Presentation Mode for reading and annotating
documents rather than Fullscreen Mode. If you rotate a document which has the
usual portrait format, Presentation Mode is ideal for reading because it uses
nearly 100% of the available screen area. Fullscreen Mode still shows at least
the window title bar and the (unnecessary) page shifting toolbar.
