I managed to reproduce this running KDE SVN (revision 792359) using libgs version 8.61.dfsg.1~svn8187-0ubuntu3.3 on Kubuntu 7.10. I'll attach a backtrace.

Opening the file, switching to the "Fit width" view mode and maximising/restoring Okular caused the crash.

I found this bug report because I found a similar behaviour when opening the GSL manual, available at 

http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/manual/gsl-ref.ps.gz

and scrolling forward a few pages. This also made Okular crash, the backtrace looked similar.

That might be an issue related to Debian/Ubuntu-specific modifications to libgs though, see
