Hi okular developers,

This patch set the correct page layout.
@tokoe should I commit this patch?

About ooo generator, I have some ideas to fix current problems for the page 
formats:																																										
* Create a new document layout class (QAbstractTextDocumentLayout), a new 
QTextDocument class and a new QTextFrame class . Like koffice. This is to 
more difficult for me.
* Or use one QTextFrame or one QTextDocument per page. ( not is the best way 
but is more easy that the previous point  )
