Email address challenge script for KMail

Hi,

good that the list still exists. jowenn found another bug in my script. 
In line 50 the key id of my key is hardcoded. This should have been 
changed to your key id because obviously you want to send challenges 
also to those people that I already signed the key of. Only the user 
ids that you've already signed should be omitted.
