Hi list,

I would like to add travel possibilities from a different direction.

An alternative to Praha airport might be Vienna Airport.
(http://www.viennaairport.com/), where you can arrive with most major
airlines. (e.g. Air Berlin, a cheap German Airline does not fly to Praha). 

Getting to Nove Hrady via train from Vienna Airport takes around 3.5 hours,
but since Nove Hrady is a small town only around four trains a day are 
available.(http://www.oebb.at/)
