I heard there was some confusion about who's actually attending this 
conference, has this been cleared up at all.  I had thought about flying out 
from the US to try and go, but then heard that it was by invite only, then I 
heard that it wasn't, so I'm fairly confused.

I'm interested in helping out in any way I can.  If I had some more info, I'd 
be more than happy to try and get sponsors, or prepare letters for sponsors.  
I'm also trying to get some work done on the events.kde.org website (Eva, did 
you get my email?) and would be happy to coordinate information being put up 
there.  I guess I would just need to know more information about the 
conference.
