I'd put it under one heading: 23.-25.8. Conference and Tutorials (while you
can still have the timing as indicated).

(Also, I'm not sure if "professionals", send by their companies, like to come
for a weekend. But probably there is not much choice now, and I am curious how
well it will be accepted).
