Invitation to the conference

Hi,
I'm a KDevelop and KOffice developer from Ukraine and I would like to
participate in the conference (i've already registered) but in order
to arrive to Czech Republic I need to get a visa.
So could conference promoters send me an official invitation 
to the conference by post?
