Bus Frankfurt-Nove Hrady and back

Where in Frankfurt does the bus depart? Since it's not possible for me to get 
to Frankfurt this early (the train connections are rather poor, I'd have to 
wait for hours at various stations) I'd have to arrive in Frankfurt on Aug 
20th and then take a hotel or something.
