TeamBuilder through iptables firewall?

I did that at home, and IIRC I had to enable proxy_arp on the firewall.
I can't remember if I also had to add /etc/hosts entries or not (which would
certainly not be partical here).
But I'd recommend trying with proxy_arp as a start.
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/proxy_arp
(or s/eth0/all/)
