Ceske Budejovice

Would anyone be interested if I tried to arrange a night out on the town?

Nove Hrady is rather small and dull, but there's a town 50km away called
Ceske Budejovice - it's one of the biggest towns in the Czech Rep. and you
can find a lot of things to do there: clubs, cinema multiplex, bars &
restaurants, swimming pool etc.

If enough people are interested I'll see if there are any viable options to
see more than just a castle. Just an idea, but let me know. I'm thinking the
28th (Thu) or 29th (Fri) would be best, it won't interfere with the
conference itself, nor with the initial hacking bonanza. Friday would be
right in front of the Frankfurt bus taken by quite a few people, that could
make it less appropriate - or more, if you'd considered sleeping off a party
night in a bus is better than being bored in a bus. ;-)
