When is "a few days before the conference"? I'll leave on August 18th (first 
to Prague), and will have no or very limited email access until n7y starts, 
so ideally I would like to have all information before, say, August 15th or 
so. Having to check stuff the last minute before departure is no fun, and 
makes the change for mistakes larger.
