I can offer some in this topic, since i'm intend to write a study case about
one of our large customers. They are the first latin america computer
integrator that ships with Conectiva Linux now all based on KDE ( not an
entire Linux distro ) and all dificulties that we have ( mostly i ) to
achieve their needs and requests.
Lot's of things related to user side and admin side too.
I wil contact the customer managers to got authorize to mention their name e
project details, and got their complaints too.
