Some more that come to my mind:

- - usability (esp. for the Siemens usability study and the other one in Berlin)
- - accessebility (important for application of KDE in public authorities)
- - interoperability

These topics correspond somewhat to Ralfs proposal to invite BSI. MAybe we 
have some other large scale installations with interesting aspects of using 
KDE?
