[Nepomuk] Closing the Nepomuk Mailing List

Hey guys

For more than a year now, the Nepomuk KDE project has not seen any
development or actual discussion on the mailing list. I'm going to be
closing this mailing list short. If they are any Nepomuk related
discussions that still need to happen, they can also go to kde-devel.

Let me know if you have any objections.
