[Nepomuk] Soprano release plans

Hey Sebastian

I'm planning to release Soprano 2.9.4 tomorrow with your changes for
the virtuoso backend supporting parameterized queries.

Additionally, it seems that we are going to need to port to Qt5. If
there are no objections I'll do the port and then release Soprano 3.0.
We do have an opportunity over here to break BIC, so if anyone has any
changes they want to get in they should speak now..

All major refactorings should go in Soprano 4.0 so that porting
remains simple for users of Soprano.
