It would be best to describe what you want to do in a little more
detail. What kind of application do you want to develop? What
libraries did you download? Also, from where?

If you just want to develop application using Nepomuk, then I
recommend reading the techbase page for Nepomuk[1]. It contains a lot
of useful information on how to get started and how you can use
Nepomuk.
