[Nepomuk] Graph merge branch

Hi Vishesh,

I had a chance to try out the mergeGraphs branch recently.
It seemed to work pretty well - indexing definitely seemed faster for me.
I did run into an issue with the migrator though - it seemed to hang
at the "making backups"
stage if the fileindexer was indexing.

Since we need to restart everything after the migrator anyway, maybe
fileindexer and filewatch should be stopped when the migrator starts?
