[Nepomuk] Finding qdbus in the build system

qt4's qdbus should always be called qdbus (and/or use qtchooser).

That was the result of a semi-lengthy discussion on upstream Qt mailing 
lists about qt4 and qt5 parallel-instalability discussions (which resulted 
in the creation of the aforementioned qtchooser tool).
