[Nepomuk] Some issues on current master

support for FILTER [NOT] EXISTS has been in Virtuoso since 6.1.3. I
never had any problems here. I suspect an installation problem on your
end. Maybe an old installation in /usr/local or somewhere else?

Try "virtuoso-t --version"
