[Nepomuk] Indexing encrypted filesystems

Well, the unfortunate thing is that Plasma Active *needs* stuff in
nepomuk - at least the type and filename - to be able to work.

And, it needs the encrypted activity data for activities marked as private.

That's the reason for indexing encrypted FSs, but keeping only minimal
meta-data about them.

Agreed. So we are not going to store super-secure stuff, just some
less-than-super-secure things :)
