[Nepomuk] The Nepomuk BOF

Hey everyone

There was a BOF on Nepomuk held during Akademy 2012. I've written a slight
overview[1] of what all was discussed. Could you guys please go over it,
and add your comments.

Also, in case I have missed something, please point it out.
