I just clarified this with Ignacio and he does mean that the query can fail
silently without putting this error on stderr.
What is interesting is that the error says that it runs out of memory to
compile the query at 400000000 bytes, whereas the Virtuoso manual says that
the default is 10MB and we don't change that anywhere that I can see. This is
distinct from the NumberOfBuffers setting that the kcm_nepomuk memory slider
changes, too.
