[Nepomuk] System Link Handling

Hey everyone

We need to figure how are are going to handle system links, and then
document and implement it.

I have created a simple page[1] with some of the issues that we face.
Perhaps someone could go through it and add whatever I'm missing.

Overall, it seems like a difficult problem, which doesn't have a simple
solution. Maybe we shouldn't be supporting system links at all?
