[Nepomuk] [Kde-pim] KMail completion spams nepomuk, which isn't parallelized

Hey guys

I have merged the Query Service into the Storage Service so it should fix
the locking problem. The code is in a different branch right now, I'm still
testing some stuff. I intend to merge it into master (not 4.9). Unless
someone thinks this should be merged into 4.9?

Anyway, I still do not think that this should be enabled right now. We
first need to figure out why the queries take so long, and then modify it.

Nope. Sorry. We're still not even sure if we can get this into a point
