There are other ways, but we do not want you to use them as they are
cumbersome and tax the entire Nepomuk system.

The way to go about this would be to copy the resourcewatcher header from
kde-runtime/nepomuk/services/storage/lib/ and link to the datamanagement
library.

It's just a light wrapper over dbus.
