Do you think we could get the system admin to actually freeze
kde-runtime/nepomuk so that all commits to it fail?

And what is the policy for bug fixes? The commit goes to both
kde-runtime/KDE/4.7 and nepomuk-core? If so, how do I do that? Cherry
picking won't really work over here.
