[Nepomuk] BUG?: IN013: Wide source charset specified, but the supplied string not wide

This is a really weird thing. Anyway, so far nepomuk-core is not really
used anyway since we still have the code in kde-runtime. The situation
is confused and I am not sure yet what we will do for kde 4.8...
