Hey,

as an extension to the tracking idea I would see moving high level task 
entries to Bugzilla. Sadly, Bugzilla is not the most user friendly issue 
tracker in the world.

Redmine is supposed to have its own issue tracker but it doesn't seem to 
be enabled for projects on projects.kde.org (there should be "Issues" tab).

Perhaps we should stick to the wiki for now and see where it goes from 
there.
