[Nepomuk] nepomuk not working thru dolphin - are these errors significant?

Hi guys decided to post this to a new thread.

Was tickled Nepomuk search was working for me in dolphin on my Kubuntu box.
Then went to try it from X Windows on my Macintosh remotely logging into
that Kubuntu box, and *came to realize it was not working through X Windows
at the exact same time it was working on the Kubuntu box*!!

So I thought maybe it's significant? That it shows Nepomuk was up and
running since dolphin was obviously taking to it when I ran Dolphin on the
box. But running dolphin via X Windows displayed to my Mac it behaved as if
Nepomuk wasn't running.

I say this partly because I also came to realize that the other day I said I
wasn't seeing html thumbnail previews, and I now realize that's exactly the
way things behave when Nepomuk is shut off.

So when it's not working for me either I always just get no results on a
find, or it else goes back the regular non-nepomuk search (where I don't see
the html thumbnail previews).

So the last thing I did was run dolphin from an xterm on the Kubuntu box to
compare the stdout/stderr messages there to what I was seeing when running
from my macintosh.

Turns out running things this way on Kubuntu things still work there, and
there are basically no messages to the xterm.

But on my Mac's xterm I see (multiple) of:

   "/usr/bin/kdeinit4(5596)" Soprano:
"org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown - The name
org.kde.nepomuk.services.nepomukstorage was not provided by any .service
files"

klauncher(5553)/kio (KLauncher): SlavePool: No communication with slave.

So I'm betting these have to be significant as to why searches are failing
when displaying dolphin via X Windows on my Mac?

Ring a bell for anybody? I hope? :)

Thanks again,

Darren
