[Nepomuk] Creating one group for ReviewBoard

[Artem Serebriyskiy]

David Solbach suggested replacing all existing Nepomuk-related ReviewBoard
groups with one, called "Nepomuk" and sending emails to nepomuk at kde.org.

Is everybody ok with this email ?
