Good question. Normally it should all be in 4.6. Maybe one Dolphin patch
is still missing. Try enabling the comment detail in Dolphin. The
excerpts should be in there. If not, then I indeed forgot to commit it.

But the excerpts are created and provided through the API and even
through KIO.
