Nepomuk internally uses Virtuoso, so the performance should be nearly the
same. Have a look at
http://virtuoso.openlinksw.com/dataspace/dav/wiki/Main/VOSVirtuoso6FAQ#What
is the cost to insert a triple (for the insertion itself, as well as for
updating any indices)?
