See kdesupport/akonadi/server/CMakeLists.txt and
kdesupport/akonadi/server/src/storage/dbconfigmysql.cpp

There are some hardcoded paths which are searched for mysqld during
the build, and these paths are also used in DbConfigMysql::init to
look for some other programs as well.
