You may always add overlays via UDS_ICON_OVERLAYS which is a list of
strings, i.e. icon names.
You can also change the icon if you reimplement
ForwardingSlaveBase::prepareUDSEntry. If you just use a nepomuksearch:/
URL as UDS_URL or use SlaveBase::redirection() then you are stuck with
what nepomuksearch:/ provides. In that case a custom mimetype might
help, yes.
