[Nepomuk] Central data storage

In theory it is possible to run the Virtuoso server on another computer.
However, identifying the file from two different computers is then a bit
tricky. It is possible (again in theory) but Nepomuk does not support
that yet.
The plan we have currently involves copying metadata together with the
file. Then the data will be duplicated in the other computer's Nepomuk db.

Metadata backup is planned. The only reason it is not done yet is as
always shortage of developers.

Cheers,
Sebastian
