Neon Git repo push job triggers

Hola Harald

Pushing to Neon git repos doesn't trigger a build with the new server and I
can't work out how that was set up, I don't see anything in invent webhooks
or integrations for it and our only documentation is obsolete stuff about
gitolite https://community.kde.org/Neon/Git
