Seems to be a subpackage of libappindicator in some other distros -
https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/libappindicator/libappindicator-gtk3/[1]
and lumped all into the package in ubuntu. I can remove it without warnings so it needs
to be added to our defaults

Don't see why it shouldn't be. Works nicely here on the touch screen on my thinkpad.
Would be ace if sddm followed the same theme plasma uses..

Not installed here and can be removed without any warning too. Is it even a dep for
