Some notes I made:

Nate suggests KDE neon is a reference KDE experience that can be installed
on all distros.
Neal G would like it and says there's still issues getting correct deps and
settings into their distro packages
Nate says this would use existing distro tools to make a reference version
of software on FreeBSD etc etc.
Discussion about friction between distro needs and neon needs
Needs would be e.g. any browser but with p-b-i or needs to ship KDE
releases no older than X months and with latest patch releaeses integrated
within X days.
Discussion of other brands e.g. Plasma Experience Distros
Suggestion to make CMake recommended dependencies non-optional receives
agreement
Suggestion to make a list of critera and verify it with e.g. openQA

Discussion about rejects gitlab connections. Suggestion to use -vvvv on git
to get more debugging.

Discussion of RiscV support. Harald says "do it". Ade says RiscV foundation
and Intel are in conect with e.v and can support it. Codethink is doing
RiscV stuff.

22.04 upgrade test: noted that it removes qtcreator

Move to invent still blocked on tooling for a magic system to blocks builds
and order them correctly.

Make it easier to try proposed patches probably blocked on moving to invent.

kdeedu-data translations breakage is known issue, albert says he'll write
the code for it.
