neon-sftp-bridge breakage

Today we found the ISO rsync upload didn't work and needs ruby module
net-ssh upgraded to 7.0.0.beta1.  Upgrading to 7.0.1 will break other ruby
modules that depend on having net-ssh < 7.

A new issue I see today is neon-sftp-bridge also not connecting to ssh

This is Go code and I don't know how it works to make a similar update.
