Neon developer ISO failing to install

In fact `unstable` is different edition.

Current developer edition ISO[0] is listed as:
neon-developer-current.iso 2022-06-27 19:16 _2.4G_

Current unstable edition ISO[1] is listed as:
neon-unstable-current.iso 2022-06-27 16:37 _1.9G_
