Krita 5.1 Snap

Hola, we're updating the Krita Snap.  The file dialog doesn't work, Krita
freezes when you open a file.


Flatpak seem to have had the same issue and added a patch to qt

We can also just patch here to use the native Qt dialog but that is less
pretty than using the portal dialog
