Suggestion: install neon packages to separate directory

It would be better if Neon packages were installed in it's own 
directory, /opt/neon for example.
When it's installed globally, it breaks some dependencies and doesn't 
allow installing some Qt apps from Ubuntu repos.
Installing Neon to it's own independent directory would allow to persist 
two Qt libs versions at same time (one from Ubuntu repos and one from 
Neon repos).

I've posted it in KDE bugtracker a year ago ( 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390586 ),
  in 18.04 version of Neon the problem still exists: for example, I 
cannot install telegram-desktop package:
